For all shipping we use Royal Mail and 'International Signed For'.
 
Delivery Costs
Delivery within the UK is FREE on orders over £100.
For orders under £100 it is £5.

For Delivery to EU Countries and the Russia Federation:
Orders under £160 delivery is £10
Orders over £160 delivery is FREE

For Delivery to the United States, Non EU Countries and The Rest of the World:
For orders under £250 it is £15
For orders over £250 it is FREE

Artwork Surcharge
Please note that there will be a £2 surcharge on the above prices for sending artwork. This is due to the cost of the special art packaging.

Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day via Royal Mail or FedEx, we aim to deliver the next working day but this could take up to 3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. For deliveries to Europe please allow 3 to 5 working days, for delivery to the rest of the World please allow 5 to 10 working days. There may be unforeseen circumstances to delay delivery for which we will not be held responsible.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependant on payment and stock availability. 
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Royal Mail and Fed Ex require somebody at the delivery address to sign for the package, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security. Any signature at the address will be taken as proof of delivery by us.
Can I change the delivery address?
On orders placed online we provide the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. Orders placed over the telephone must be shipped to the billing address. If the order has already left our office, then the delivery address cannot be changed.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
If Royal Mail or FedEx are unable to obtain a signature from somebody at the address then your parcel will be returned to your nearest Royal Mail or FedEx depot. Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address, which will have instructions of re-delivery or collection.
What if my package hasn't been delivered?
If your order hasn't been delivered within the delivery time (at the top of this page) please email us at info@theallotment.co.uk If you do not notify us within 28 days since the order was placed unfortunately we cannot be held responsible and no refund or exchange will be available.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If for any circumstance your package arrives damaged due to handling and you sign for it, then in signing for it you accept responsibility for this and we cannot be held responsible. If the package arrives damaged please email us ASAP
